Seems so. I saw some speculation that it's been done so that people searching for his name and doge will get this story instead of the legal action (like when Boris Johnson talked about making model buses out of boxes, to bury search results about the brexit bus lie). But I don't think Musk is bothered. He's just trying to be funny, and thinks that everyone on twitter cares about his life.
