Neural interface system; like a headband or something that completely replaces all mice and keybaords and allows you to control gooseberry fool just by thinking about it.

I will go one further and say Neural Lace from the Culture series of books. It grows in your brain and then allows you to control or communicate just by thinking. Oh and it also has a backup that will store you when your body dies, I would just need to wait for someone to develop a way of making me a new body and transferring my conciousness to it.

An E Cigarette for weed.

I'm convinced in the future when drugs are all legalized this is the way we will consume weed.

Portable vaporisers exist, but they're a bit gooseberry fool due to weed not being soluble in water.

Yeah I've heard that extracting pure HTC into crystal form is extremely difficult and hit and miss even if your doing it right in a lab.

They will find a way though, probably before they get round to the hoverboard. They'd better.

An LSD ciggy is another one i'd be interested in, that is soluble in water or alcohol or whatever but destroyed by high temperatures. Damnit

Yeah but those boards don't work on water... Unless you have power!

Every child of the 80s knows they've been out for decades but they're too dangerous so they're banned.

An alternative to/easier way of buttering bread. The single most soul-destroying task in life.

Do you suffer from tinnitus, Mommy? I've had the condition in my left ear for about five years now. Sadly, no sign of cure or any chance of a penis enlargement, either. :(

No more electricity bills!

I've just realised the solution is a wind turbine with solar panel blades! Gonna patent it now...

You might find the vibrations will crack the panels. Maybe solar panels mounted on the blades themselves by having them float above a rubber layer.

A cold fusion power generator. It would run on nothing but tap water and would mean I would never ever get another electricity bill.

A teleporter (not one that makes/destroys copies :dread: ) – imagine never having to put up with traffic jams ever again and being able to instantly visit any place on Earth.

David Nutt of Daily Mail hatred fame has been developing something called Alcosynth for the last few years. It'll basically have the effects of alcohol without so many of the negative side effects - liver damage and hangovers being the key mitigated issues.
