Me too. Plus if you've ordered a proper pizza it'll be dripping with oils and fats so you'll end up wearing most of it as the topping slides off. I'd image the kind of person who eats a pizza in hand while out orders a plain old margarita and diet coke

I also eat pizza with a knife and fork too when I go to a restaurant for the same reasons as the others have said. Also, a pizza in a (decent) restaurant isn't cut into slices.

No. Pizza was invented in Italy (of course) but it was America that came up with all the toppings etc that give us pizza as we know it today. Italians that moved back to Italy from America then exported the "new" pizza back to Italy.

Because of that there is a phenomenon known as the "pizza effect", things like Western Buddhists taking Western Buddhist ideas back to the East.
