My recent promotion has been put at a probationary period of nine months. Due to my attendance/ sickness. I knew this was an issue but was give strong assurances a month ago (when I got the post) that this had been discussed and dealt with.

Not happy. It's being reviewed in November. Until then I am still acting in the role and could lose it.
