I know you said that a carer comes round, but in light of what has just happened would it not be best to lock the doors? Ask the carer to give you a ring when she arrives, or a knock on the door and you can let her in.

That's probably going to be what we'll do, I mean the door isn't usually unlocked for long. My mum unlocks it to let the carer in and I lock it up when I get up just after the carers gone but this all happened in the space in which I wasn't properly up yet so hadn't locked it again.

I'm sure this has probably been nothing serious, but as the guy from the police said on the phone to my Mum, if that guy is dangerous then he now knows for sure my Mum isn't very mobile so he could come back again so I'm really glad she phoned the police.

I dont think Birko are my local 5-0. I think there is still a small station in Bromborough that covers us.

That's not modern. The modern phrase is a "dogging couple" not a "courting couple".

I deliver to a few customers who have carers come in and out all the time, can you not set up a key in a lock box for them? All they'd need is the combination and they can come and check on your mum.

It's easy to remember and you still can't get it right.

I nearly turned my central heating on earlier, it's freezing down in London today.

The Raid 2 has honestly inspired me. I was struggling with an essay (knowing what I wanted to convey but unable to find the right words) but now I'm steamrolling through it. Gotten 1000 words out since 1pm, and they're good words, stuff I'd actually submit and not feel bad about. Thank you Gareth Evans for making a brilliant, inspiring film.

Falsey being blasé goes down to his car, opens the windows, and then leaving them open returns to his desk.

"Absolutely lovely" he remarks from over his Salad Niçoise
