Hilarious show which does have the best cinematography on television.

Honestly wasn't really looking for another tv show to watch, I was just trying Game of Thrones again as everyone is talking about it, but that does look quite entertaining.

Another show that's not on Netflix. I swear they must have everything except the stuff I actually try to watch.

I think it's on Amazon Prime but who has that?

Apparently it's on the Danish Netflix, which I can access with the Hola chrome extension, so I'll give it a whirl at some point.

Oh God, so much this. Just finished episode 9 of the first series with the GF and we're both waiting for it to, y'know, actually make us want to watch it. To me, it's like people who watch it are like "oh okay, yeah this is alright, not much really happening at the m... OH WOW NAKED LADY THIS IS AWESOME."

1. It's often quite funny.
2. It's got some great performances.
3. Often beautiful cinematography.
4. Most of the ongoing storylines are interesting.
5. Likeable deep characters.

I agree with all of those, apart from 4. Thinking back on watching them - which hasn't been for a couple of weeks now - I can't really distinguish one episode from another as they're all quite samey. Also, I know the characters but I could probably tell you 3 or 4 of their names. Plus it doesn't help that two of the brothers look pretty similar so I get them mixed up.

I should add that I'm planning on carrying on with it, mainly to see if/when it grabs me. I don't dislike it, I just don't get the fuss about it as though it's some incredible, must-watch TV show. And I haven't even finished the first series so maybe it has a weak start, I don't know. I'm hoping it picks up in the next series.

I thought the same thing after watching season 1. However now like the rest of the interwebs I love it. I am not too sure what happened, I think season 2 gives you more character development, so you then find a re-watch of season 1 more enjoyable.

My problem with it is that I found there was too much where nothing happens. Just hours of time where if you arent invested in the characters, you get nothing.

That's what I wanted to hear. So far, I'm trying to get into it but every time I finish an episode I don't feel like watching another. Might start reading the books. Is it worth reading them before watching each series (or the whole lot), after or not at all?

They were definitely 10p. I remember going to the park with my friend as a youngster. Our parents gave us both a pound to buy some chocolate. We combined our money and bought 20 packets of Space Raiders and Spicy Bikers. :datass:

I think Tayto must produce them now. Tayto crisps are sublime.

Nik Naks are better. But they were always more expensive were they not? Around 30p or so. We're talking about council benefit delicacies man! Not gourmet snacks. :x
