Hdr does seem to be a bit of a minefield at the moment

The one thing I like about HDR is that the TV is automatically configured for it and the options in the menus grey out. There's no sitting there thinking 'have I actually got this set up properly?'. It's either on or it isn't.

When watching TV the rest of the time you're sat there wondering if you should be watching in Sport mode, Cinema mode 1 or 2, music mode, Motionflow on or off, and on and on it goes...

That's not true though, there's still a load of options both in game and on the tv that you can and need to mess with to get the best out of it.

Oh, maybe it's just Sony TVs then. It just switches over to HDR and that's it. All the menus are then greyed out.

GoW has now had 5 patches since release and 3 I the last 4 days. I think it's related to issues with the PS4 Pro.

Console gaming wasn't supposed to have these problems.

6 patches now.

It's a weird one as it's worked fine in 4k/HDR since day 1 and through each patch so it's not like a patch has "broke" anything

How about the TV, all up to date with its updates?
