Can't believe this clashes with St David's day. What, am I supposed to spend all evening cooking pancakes and Welsh cakes? This is an outrage in scheduling.

When I was in Paris, buying a crêpe, the seller told me "this side of the menu is for sweet and this side is traditional crêpe".
I thought he'd said "crap" so I went for something sweet. Confused me for a while afterwards why he was telling customers that half of his menu was crap until my wife corrected me and I felt an absolute fool.

They do, though they're made by Birds Eye these days and the filling is now tomato and mozzarella. I've seen them for a quid for a pack of 4 on and off.
