Collecting clues. Bit like Phoenix Wright's collecting clues from crime scenes.

Presenting clues when confronting someone, or confirming your theory.

Actually most of the time I'm just jogging around and complete friendship and side quests. 20 hours later, I'm still on chapter 3.

Basically it's Yakuza with basic detective mechanics, so far. I'm hoping that the game opens up as I progress further.

Thank you for this.

Sounds like that I would like to play this.

Done some racing. Think of RC cars but with something else.

It's actually fun. Can see a lot of grinding, searching etc for the parts like Yakuza 0's RC cars parts.

And the best thing is that you are in full control. None of that on rails stuff you see with RC cars.

Just realised that bowling is gone. And got replaced by VR boardgame mini game.

Think Mario Party.

And it isn’t that good. And no pool either.

On Chapter 6.

And I've discovered Puyo Puyo and Virtual Fighter 5! The 100% completion is tied to both of those games, and Puyo Puyo is very tough. Batting Centre is still there, and it seems to be more easier than the previous games.

No disco/dancing and Karaoke mini games. All of "seedy" mini games from Yakuza games seem to be gone.

Arrived at chapter 9 now.

All girlfriends quests done. All food and drinks consumed.

Still struggling understanding mahjong as usual. And there’s a friend quest tied to that bastard of a game.

Puyo Puyo requirements is difficult.

Will try to finish chapter 9 tonight before I jet off on holiday. So far I’ve put in 48 hours.

It’s a masterpiece. I would not hestitate to recommend this if you’re really into the Yakuza series.

Yeah it's basically Yakuza x Phoenix Wright

Haven't had a lot of time to play this so I'm only on chapter 2. Just did the bit where you find out about the drone racing

Yeah so, I bought Yakuza 0 in the steam sale because it had good reviews. Was not expecting to like but I know have over sixty hours on it and am completely hooked! I am angry no one put a gun to my head and forced me to play this earlier.

Not sure whether to play Kiwami or this afterwards.

Just seen this has gone down to £35 on Amazon. Would probably bite if my backlog was smaller.

Does this have any ties to the Yakuza games story wise? I’ve only played Yakuza 0.

It's set in the same city but isn't connected to them.
