An...interesting approach for a game trailer. Honestly I didn't think it looked that bad before

Hee-hee! I like that make-over; to me, it looks cool. The wee graphic at the end was funny, too :-) .

Really noticeable upgrade, is the retail release coming out in June as well?

Ooft, nice! As a backer, this is perhaps the first time I’ve actually looked forward to this. Mostly because of them taking the Mickey than because of the upgrade, mind...

Been looking forward to this. Like the upgrade, but didn't think it was bad before.

I was kind of concerned about the visuals when I first saw footage of the game, but this totally assuages my fears; gooseberry fool looks pretty money and I'll be sure to pick it up on Switch at some point

Anyone have any ideas as to how much it will cost to buy digitally? I'm suspecting 30 but will happily hand over as much as they want.

My hype has fluctuated on this quite a lot. I anticipate it scoring 75-80% territory on Metacritic. It looks so slow and cumbersome, even with the graphical overhaul. I just want core Metroidvania combat without a cumbersome menu system. Since when have they needed so many damaging items in this type of game?

Finding it hard to get excited for this finally releasing. It looks good and I dare say it will play well but I just don’t feel remotely interested in playing it anymore :(

The graphical overhaul looks really good. A vast improvement in some instances.

I’ll obviously give it a go when it does arrive but my excitement has waned for it, granted it looks loads better in its current form than it ever could have if it came out in 2017 which is obviously a good thing.

When it comes to this game they could have 10 season passes and I'd buy them all. Only game I'm genuinely excited about.

I'm still super-hyped about this, 4 years later. Can't believe it's out next month, hopefully my PS4 collector's edition arrives in time.
