It speaks volumes about this collection that you couldn't immediately spot the difference.

And yet I could.

Other than the UI I was struggling tbh.

They've fixed over 100 bugs with the latest patch and the rain have improved now.

Just saw the updates seems much better.

And OT but looking back at GTA V and playing earlier, it’s such a great time capsule of the early 2010’s. So much has moved on from then in many ways but it brings everything back playing it.

Hopefully Switch updates come soon and fix San Andreas. Never have I known such a stuttery, motion-blurred mess.

the water effect puddle effect is alot better now in GTA 3 is more realistic to what it was before and the lighting is far better too just a shame the frame rate is bad now

Wonder if they might chuck all 3 on one Switch cartridge now

I might look into it again when it gets a physical release on Switch though, if they continue to patch the issues out up until then anyway. It’s a shame they clearly rushed the release to have it out in November, they could and should have been so much better.

Series X version still frequently crashes. Waste of time.

Nintendo are publishing it and it's clearly their choice to delay the release until they're happy with how the games are performing. There's always a chance we might get all three on the cart, patches and all.

It's good to know they've fixed most of things but I'm sure a few more patches to make it better how it should be.

It def needs more patches i didnt know about the update till today as i have not turned my PS4 on the last week or so. Updated it earlier and gave it a play and could see the updates effects in GTA3 it does now have a feel of the original, lighting wise is a big difference & improvement and the better rain effects still a long way too go. The hud is more like the original versions too now

Sounds good.

I'll wait for a few more patches to fix these then I'll buy it.

That’d be the ideal scenario, we can hope!

It's down to £40 on Switch, would the consensus be that it's still not worth it? :shifty:
