I believe that all consoles will get a physical edition, albeit maybe not until 6 December (TBC).

Adding proper GPS to these old games would be a godsend. I found that navigation arrow a pain in the arse as often if would lead you into dead ends and waste a load of time leading to failed missions.

GPS should really help in Vice City, everywhere just looked the same in that game so I could never get my bearings, GTA3's Liberty City was so much better designed

I just saw on Reddit that someone is stating 25.4 Gb for the Switch version... it's a mystery!

I’ll have another look shortly but I’m sure it said 13.1GB or something for it?

That is a very good update to the games alone!

Yeah, it seems a bit fluid... but the Nintendo US website is also reporting 25.4 Gb. I haven't looked on the eShop myself, though!

If anyone is buying. Similar to the Forza horizon 5 trick… the collection is £35.

£55 is a bit much for me for these. I'll be waiting for a price drop. Can't see me paying anymore than £25-30 for the PC versions.

The GPS thing will be a godsend in San Andreas.

Just doesn't look that good to me. If I really wanted to play them again then I'd go down the mods route rather than this release.

yeah but for that you'd need the originals games, a pc, and to download and set the mods up
some people will see this as the easier and cheaper method

The UK eShop appears to have some odd figures for file size.

Total: 13.5Gb
GTA III: 2.2 Gb
GTA Vice City: 119 Mb
GTA San Andreas: 10.8 Gb

I don't quite get this; there is no way that Vice is only 119 Mb and III seems to be very low, too. Guess we'll have to wait for further clarity.

I’m expecting it’ll be nearer the 25GB other countries seem to be seeing, considering the Switch version of KOTOR is still Around 12GB (nearly 3 times over the Xbox version), having all 3 GTA games for 13GB doesn’t add up really  If/when I get it I’ll probably be going for a physical version anyway, be nice if they opted for the 32GB cartridge though (they won’t of course :().

Yeah, I'm definitely holding off until we get clarity on the total file size, the cart size and the music tracks.

Pretty sure the lawyers nuked all the mods in the run-up to this as well.

Looking at Nexus Mods alone, they didn't do a very thorough job.

It was specifically the mods that were improving graphics or putting the maps into other games (RIP GTA Underground). Of course, there's still ways to get them. The C&Ds were more than likely just to scare modders from trying to save the original versions of the games and unofficially rerelease them.
