Laptop Help.

Apologies for starting a new topic for this, please advise if Mods would like me to move it into another one. I switched on my laptop a couple of weeks ago to find that the keyboard had suddenly stopped working. Around 3/4 of the keys worked, but this has steadily gone down over time; now around a 1/4 do. I tried reinstalling drivers and doing a full system reset, after backing up, but this changed nothing. Perhaps it's a hardware issue? Not sure if anyone has experienced anything like this and can offer help?

Have you tried vacuuming the keyboard for debris?

Does an external keyboard work properly?

Is there anyone/thing in the house that could be urinating on it?

I haven't tried that.

Don't have one to hand, but the onscreen keyboard works.
