The pogo stick bit was probably too much for him.

That was Jackass Forever.

Attack of the Clones.
It progresses the story. Yes there are bits that id like to see and there are a few deleted scenes that should have been left in to better tell the story of Padme and Anakins development. But unlike the sequel trilogy everything gets used and theres a purpose for it all even if its a bit clunky at times. 6/10.

Padmes theme is a really good piece of music too - the bit when they go into the arena and in the closing credits.

I will admit, the soundtrack really is quality.

It's just a shame they did such a poor job with Anakin & Padme's story, at first he came across as a complete creep, and later it just felt kinda forced.

The basic ideas involved were sound though (and was properly planned unlike the disney trilogy which just seemed to make it up as they went along), and had it been put together by a different writer/director, then it probably would have been a lot better than it was.

The battle scenes on Geonosis are genuinely excellent too.

Le Mans '66 - This "mainly true story" film based on Ford trying to break Ferrari's hold on the Le Mans car race kept my interest and I enjoyed the acting of Christian Bale and Matt Damon. Some great motors and decent racing action. [6]

Batman Begins - I hadn't seen this for a few years now and it was generally as entertaining as I remembered it. Batman's voicing can be a touch comical at times but the story remains a good romp. [7]

Beyond the Stars is a phenomenal theme for Anakin/Padme.

But Han/Leia is better. ;)

Goosebumps everytime.

John Williams is the most consistant thing in the whole Star Wars franchise. Even in the gooseberry fool ones his music is amazing.

Drive - 9/10

That was just a cool movie. I'd known about the film for a while as it's referenced a lot because of the synth-wave soundtrack, but I had never got round to watching it. The soundtrack is fantastic - no doubt about it. In fact it's probably the first film I've watched where I knew more about the music than the actual plot. I thought the mystery of Goslings character was very well done. The relative lack of dialogue (or at least, the spaced out dialogue) was odd at first, it was very effective at setting a certain tone. A really great self-contained story.

Weirdly it reminded me of 'Dredd' even though they have nothing in common whatsoever.

I've always felt there was a hint of Roger Moore about his acting. Roger relied on the "eyebrow either raised or lowered depending on the scene" method.

I just watched Everything, Everywhere All at Once at the cinema.

A multivese comedy with martial arts, how can that possibly be bad?
The answer is this film is great and everyone in the screning I was in was laughing a whole lot.

I can't say much as I don't want to spoil it but it's very funy with some really touching moments as well.
Michelle Yeoh is excellentas always and is believable in many different personas no matter how bonkers they are.

Seriously Excellent andyou should all rush out as watch it
10/10.

Van Helsing - 6/10

Haven't seen it for many years, still a fun watch even if some of the CGI is looking a bit ropey now.

The Goonies - 9/10

Classic stuff, again, it's a film i've not seen for a very long time, and is just as fun as i remembered it to be.

Harry Brown - 6/10

Michael Caine kills the hoodies terrorising his estate, it's a rather grim film yet has a decent payoff.

I saw that at the cinema on a first date.

I never saw her again after that.

I don't blame her.
