The CGI in Deep Blue Sea was awful when it first came out, I can't imagine how bad it would be now.

I'd pay for a shot for shot remake of Deep Blue Sea with just better CGI. That monologue by Jackson is immensely funny.

It’s an incredible experience. Even Michael Rappaport doesn’t spoil it.

#. Doug’s 1st Movie - 5/10.
#. Emperors New Groove - 6/10.
#. Fantasia 2000 - 5/10.
#. Good Boys - 6/10.
#. Hercules - 6/10.
#. Hunchback of Notre Dame - 5/10.
#. In The Heights - 8/10.
#. Mulan [1998] - 7/10.
#. Nobody - 8/10.
#. Tarzan [1999] - 7/10.
#. Wolfwalkers - 8/10.

Godzilla vs Kong - 8/10 - great fun, not quite as good as King of the Monsters, but still excellent.
Raya and the Last Dragon - 7/10 - decent disney animation, love the armadillo/pill bug critter too.

Luca

Not the best but definitely one of the better Pixar ones I thought. I liked it a lot more than I expected to based on the trailers.

Starship Troopers 9/10

Remains one of the best sci-fi films of recent times, massively misunderstood by basically everyone upon release. I mean, the good guys literally dress like Nazis, its social commentary isn't exactly subtle but it seems no-one picked up on it.

It somehow still looks strawberry floating amazing too, with the late-90s CGI actually holding up.

Bula Quo! (also known as "Guitars, Guns and Paradise!" )

A friend of mine told me about this and I spotted it was free to stream on Amazon.

Status Quo (yes, really!) are doing a tour of Fiji, they witness a murder and then go on the run from the mafia, Craig Fairbrass helps them out.

It's impossible to rate as it's easily the greatest thing I've ever seen while also being the absolute worst thing I've ever seen. Apparently it was only made so that they could write off some tax.

There's an entire scene where Rossi and Parfitt are underwater and run away from a shark. And I mean that literally.

If it wasn't such a waste of an evening, I'd watch that tonight. Might be a good post pub film.
