I might watch the part two tonight.

John Wick: Chapter Two.

I feel it is on par as the first one.

Onto the part three tomorrow or sometime this week.

The third is a step down unfortunately.

Also, obligatory TLJ is the best SW film post.

Not much to say on either of these. Thought they were good, kept me interested, but nothing remarkable.

I loved Wind River. Taylor Sheridan, the director, is an expert on tension. The Mexican standoff is brilliant.

I'll hopefully get a chance to post more detailed thoughts on it later (when I'm not fighting off the wolf attack in the AYA thread! )

Yeah, I've watched it earlier one and I agreed.

I felt it was all too samey and know what to expect now.

Surely, they will make John Wick 4 now. :fp:

Nah, John Wick 4 is a Prequel. It'll be called John 'Baba Yaga' Wick. And be set years before 1. No spoilers in the post above yours. He may die in 3 still. I have yet to watch it (or 2.)

Watched Downsizing starring Matt Damon the other day. The first third or so of the film seems to be fairly predictable, but then after that it all goes a bit weird. It was entertaining enough and has certainly stuck in my memory since watching it, but overall the tone and message of the film are a little confusing. 5/10
