I enjoyed Skyscraper, it was entertaining nonsense.

strawberry float off is 4 better than 2.

I just got back from the cinema seeing Knives Out.

Bloomin marvellous and Daniel Craig is great :wub:

It's a classic whodunit all set in a single house and it's just all bloomin marvellous and Craig does a great job of being a private detective with some classic sleuthing skills

Was a bit weary of watching this after the mixed reviews, but honestly was a pleasant surpirse. Tom Hardy was great and there was a decent amount of humour in it, the opening hour was a bit slow, the villian was so-so and for a 15 rated it wasn't that violent.

I really enjoyed Venom, its just a great fun film and I thought the humour was spot on, the bit where the Venom parasite first speaks to Eddie and he practically gooseberry fools himself was hilarious :lol:

I hope the sequel actually gets made, can't wait to see what they do with Carnage although the likely 15 rating will probably mean they can't fully show how violent the character actually is.

Venom = 2nd best superhero film eva (behind Spiderverse). It's the opposite of the sanitised corporate Marvel films or the try-hard grimdark DC ones. It's a wild strawberry floating motorbike of a thing and I very much hope the sequel stays true.

Venom was fun, but it’s not even in the top 20 of superhero movies, let alone the top 2.

, I mean it was surprisingly decent but it's nowhere near Marvel's best, the likes of GOTG, Winter Soldier, Thor 3. Or Batman Begins and The Dark Knight. Or Spider-man and Spider-man 2. Or Logan. Or Deadpool.

Blade was ace. Hated the Spider-Man films from before and same with the more recent ones with the fat cat.
