Thought Scott Pilgrim was shite myself. Really didn't like it, unlike the comic.

I'm a huge Wright fan myself, but I'd say Pilgrim and World's End are probably his weakest efforts. Still good films but definitely not as strong as his others.

World's End is the worst standalone for sure, because it relies on callbacks and contrasts to the previous two movies to fully enjoy it. It's been better every time I've rewatched it though, it's definitely a grower.

The opening of the film being shot-for-shot the same as the comic is great and works surprisingly well, but I'm more of a film fan myself!

My list wasn't ordered.

If I were to think more about it. Fury Road might be the first to get dropped. There's no doubt it's a cracking action film though.

Same, for me the characters were just so fundamentally unlikable, that it wasn't worth rooting for anyone.

I hated Scott Pilgrim. Cera was maaaaaassively miscast.

I also don't think I like anything with Cera in bar Arrested Develpment though I don't like him in that either.

The last 20 mins of detective Pikachu was gash, and the humans almost ruined the rest. Not even close to my top 10 of the decade.

I despised Scott Pilgrim, overly faux-nerd shite.

Knives out - 10/10. I would highly recommend. Think that's the most I've enjoyed a cinema trip since the latest Blade Runner.

Pretty good decade of film looking back.

Knives Out - 8/10

It was a really good film and I thoroughly enjoyed it. Daniel Craig was fantastic as Benoit Blanc and the casts were great.

Recommended to watch it.

There's probably a few more I've forgotten too.

Top 10 might take a while.

I couldn't name all the films I've seen but a few notable exceptions for me are

Star Trek: Beyond. I mainly remember this for being one of the only films I've seen in 4DX and the implementation was simply horrific. Because the film has so much action the effects of the seats just kept on going and I just wanted it to strawberry floating stop especially the bumper behind my legs that just constantly battered me.

Jason Bourne. The film with a great implementation of 4DX as it's used sparingly and well with times like the fight scene seeing wind blown at the side of your face that Bourne has just had a knife whistle past.

Blade Runner 2049 in Imax I almost walked out of this as the volume was set to painfully loud. It's the loudest film I've seen in the cinema by far and I never want to hear a film that loud again as it honestly spoilt the whole experience for me.

The ridiculous volume is one of the reasons why I hate seeing films at the cinema.

That and the people who talk throughout the film, eat loudly and generally act like morons.

Blade Runner 2049 was legit the most incredible cinema visit I've ever had, it was like a religious experience, so so good :datass:
