City vs. FC Midtjylland.

Utter rubbish. Points for the fact that it was my first (competitive) game at COMS since April, and it's football.

4/10

That's a sorry tale GG, unfortunately it does turn out like that sometimes for a lot of people - there was a period me and the ex were talking about getting back together but I realised we were doing it for the wrong reasons, more for our daughter than ourselves and that's not good. Sometimes the kindest thing is to let it go, and a year after we've split it finally feels like we're both doing that. We still both love each other, but not in that way anymore. It's the saddest thing really, but that's life I guess.

Still, I may get some action next weekend, so every cloud and all that.

Yeah good luck, you've done it before so you can do it again.

I only regret my parents not sorting their issues out in more practical manner. Having a grudge against each other for 14 years doesn't really help your kids. I don't think separation is any excuse for lack of paternal care. I'd like to consider myself independent but I can't; my self esteem and motivation can be so bad that it can take me 5 days to post something in a letterbox for strawberry float's sake. It's really common to have a lot of the problems I have with a lack of parental guidance and motivation (my mum also suffers from clinical depression so can barely motivate herself). On the other hand, I played this gig on Saturday, and finalised it all myself in about 24 hours, which isn't so bad. My life makes no sense at all. I seem to be able to do anything yet very little most the time.

Other than the last football match I went to it would be seeing Reginald D. Hunter doing stand up at the Edinburgh Fringe. Very funny indeed.

DS London meetup - 26th July - 7/10

Played Mario Kart, 42 All time classics, Tetris DS and some crap game called LOL.

A bit humid as it was warm that day, but good fun all around.

Two weeks ago, a BBQ in my friends back garden. Lots of burnt food, birthday cake and plenty drink. Finished off with marshmallows around the dying coals in the bbq.

Then inside for some more drinking and some Singstar, ended up with a hot brunette on my lap sing duet on Something Stupid, somehow I ended up with the horrific Nicole K part. Got a little too hot  when I realised she wasn't wearing much of anything under her skirt while perched on my lap. After we left my friends told me the huge block, mistyped bloke but I think it still stands, in the corner who looked grumpy all night was her boyfriend.

8/10 (would have been 9 if she was single and i got her number)
