Maybe it will keep on selling in low quantities; the first one never set the charts on fire but sold quite well in the end.

I might be wrong, but weren't most of those sales due to the game being bundled with the 360 last Christmas? (the same goes for Forza 2?)

Still, very sad to see VP2 almost drop out of the top 40 within 2 weeks of release.

I wonder if this paves the way to seeing VP on Wii, because with the marketing on Wii i bet it would sell bloody well especially if say Nintendo was allowed to publish it

I know everyone rapes Wii Play for what it is but when you look at it £5 for 10 multiplayer games is nothing and hell if it was on wii ware I owuld buy it for £5 and i would bet many others would as its good value for money really.

But If you look on game:

Official Nintendo Wii Remote £32.99
Wii Play with Wii Remote £34.99

so Wii play is £2 :o

and on Play.com Wii play is cheaper than just the remote

Well atleast we should see a sequel, which is great news as even if your not a fan of wrestling it's just fun to play. It's one of those game where you can just pick up and play.

Deserves to get where it did in the chart

It's number 3 in the Xbox 360 charts.

1. (1) Mercenaries 2: World In Flames (Electronic Arts)
2. (2) Tiger Woods PGA Tour ’09 (Electronic Arts)
3. (-) TNA Impact! (Midway)
4. (3) Too Human (Microsoft)
5. (4) Viva Pinata: Trouble In Paradise (Microsoft)
6. (9) Battlefield: Bad Company (Electronic Arts)
7. (8) Grand Theft Auto IV (Take-Two)
8. (-) Soulcalibur IV (Ubisoft)
9. (7) Call Of Duty 4: Modern Warfare (Activision Blizzard)
10. (6) Beijing 2008 (Sega)

Hmm. looking at those single format charts, maybe VP2 did get some sales.
