I've also completed the Colour Dungeon and Eagle's Tower. The first was an enjoyable bonus dungeon and would have been a great showcase for the GameBoy Colour. The second had me stumped trying to work out how to destroy the last pillar but it was very satisfying when it all clicked.

I might not get all the heart pieces and seashells before the end of the game but I'll try to finish the trading quest before the next dungeon.

Such a great game

Having played the GB original to death, getting the DX version feel like such a great at the time.

I've started this on master mode as I really fancy some proper zelda. The performance is awful, I don't remember it being this bad before. Frame drops on most screens.

Still great though. Master mode is tough too , died a fair few times already.

They really should have fixed the performance with a patch. Poor from Nintendo.

They'd get another sale if they did, but until that highly unlikely day I'm not playing it. There are no excuses.

So far this year, I have eaten NO mince pies.

I really experienced very few blips, it was fine.

Check out my YouTube channel!
One man should not have this much power in this game. Luckily I'm not an ordinary man.

The way I remember it, most screens in the overworld would have frame issues on first entering, as if settling in. Once 'caught up' it'd be fine, until you moved screen...

Shame, but still had a blast with it and it's up there I think with best looking Zeldas ever.

It's the one blemish on a otherwise brilliant remake. I wouldn't let that hold you back as its still well worth playing.

The are no blemishes on the original. Frankly it beggers belief that a remake of a Game Boy title has frame rate issues on a Switch.

It confounds me Tomous!

Eagles tower :x

Or more specifically, eagles tower when you have the ball where you need it to get the final pillar, then die and the ball resets :x

Finding master mode surprisingly tricky.
