Because its a discussion forum. Specifically this is a thread about Skyward Sword, where you might expect to find discussion about the merits of that game, and not all of us thought it was that good.
Just as not all of us liked wind waker, or Twilight Princess, or any other given title in the series.

Pretty much exactly my fear for the art style!

Why go to the trouble of seeking out a discussion about something you dislike?

I hope this perhaps is only because you're not sure if they should be counted as 3D games...

So threads should only contain discussion from people who have nothing but good things to say about the subject? Seems a bit echo-chambery to me.
Not everything Nintendo puts out turns to solid gold I'm afraid (As much as I wish it did). There is perfectly valid discussion to be had around what a lot of people perceive as the lesser aspects of any given game
And for what it's worth I don't dislike Skyward Sword. It's a generally good game but I still think it's the worst of the 3D Zelda games (Outside of the DS ones perhaps).
There are numerous aspects of it that I didn't particularly like and it remains the only Zelda game I've never had any inclination or desire to return to. That shouldn't preclude myself, or anyone else that doesn't think it's amazing, from discussing it.
EDIT: Oh and just to clarify my earlier post, I loved Wind Waker and really liked Twilight Princess as well, but I know those games have their critics.

But why talk about something you don’t like?

Because it's a discussion...?

They're kind of a weird hybrid I guess.
But mostly it's because I've not really played much of them. Phantom Hourglass got repetitive really quickly from what I remember and Spirit Tracks I've only ever dabbled in.

That doesn’t make sense
