LEGO Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga - OVERVIEW TRAILER AND 5/APRIL RELEASE

This is the games going forward, so I'd fully expect them to revisit things they've completely or even partially done before. Harry Potter, Marvel, DC, Lord of the Rings, even another original. Only thing I'm wondering is how long a second game will take to make. I have to assume most of the delays have been down to engine issues, so with those straightened out, maybe a new one could be released in 2023.

Doing Hobbit and LOTR as a combo would work in this format as does the Marvel and Harry Potter IP’s. Be cool to see them give them the same treatment as this.

We might be getting something today. Or at least this week. Game posted the date across social media, then quickly deleted such posts. That date is 5th April.

It'll get to 31st March. And then it'll get delayed again. And then we'll be repeating the waiting all over again. August will come, a new Gamescom trailer lands saying Spring 2023, leaks start appearing of the date come the new year, then Spring arrives for a new delay.

Will need to see how it looks on Switch before deciding which platform to get it on. Will definitely be there day one for this though!

Oh, yeah. It's going to be very interesting to see how this looks on the Switch. Hopefully TT have been doing some serious optimisation for the Switch version so it runs well without too many cutbacks. I'm still set on double dipping, just because I want to support what TT have done with this. Plus, it'll be the most impressive handheld LEGO game we've ever had.

I’ve said this before, in either this or another thread. Even just Infinity War and Endgame levels, it would be amazing.

A game covering all of the first 3 phases of Marvel movies would be awesome :toot:

Sadly it will never happen, these games are published by Warner who own DC so they put far less effort into the Lego Marvel games than they do the Lego Batman games.

Looking forward to this, have played every TT Lego game except the last 2 so this is gonna be me jumping back on the Lego game bandwagon I think.

Yeah... TT crunch culture at its height owing to mismanagement. Hopefully changes do bring a better environment to work. Good to see they've abandoned NTT and moved onto Unreal - which really should have been done to begin with.
