Are they really that bad? I've heard a few people comment on them.

Someone said the devs lost focus toward the end of the game but to me it seems like they ran out of time. That or they let their kids have a go at game design.

The best I can say for it is at least they weren't glitchy or outstayed their welcome.

I still think it's a very good game overall, though.

You've spent the while game levelling up a total bad ass character to be given a QTE.

My Xbox one copy arrived today. Played 4 hours straight. Amazing fun. Nemesis system is the best thing to happen to gaming for a long time.

Already bought the season pass

And you've spent the whole game going after a certain person and aren't even given the satisfaction of fighting him. But fret not! Instead you get to take on the biggest badass mofo in Middle Earth*! In the form of a QTE. Which lasts all of five seconds. :dumb dumb dumb dumb dumb:

*Which didn't sit right with me either. Nor did taking on The Mouth of Suaron as we did.

Still a good game, mind. I just love to whinge.

Just got to the second area - it's a lot easier on the eye than the first. First order of business was to get all the travel towers, which will make getting around a lot easier. Now to scope out all the new captains and warchiefs. The game really does get a lot easier - I haven't died for a long time so might have to make use of the towers to pass time every now and again to move things along if necessary.

Really need to power up before taking on the first war chiefs. Being utterly slaughtered. Massacring my way through the normal guys though.

Loving the bow and stealth kills. Blowing up the the fires and barrels never gets old.

Still some amazing games to come this year with far cry 4, sunset overdrive, halo, GTA 5 and more on Xbox one but I have a feeling this is going to be my game of the year.

It's a great game, isn't it? It's a little addictive mopping-up all of the upgrades. I bought this on a bit of a whim and was initially a bit underwhelmed. It's not (at least initially) the best looking game, but, like the gameplay, I'm starting to see the quality in the details, the realism of the 'mud', lighting, etc. A good palette cleanser to break-up ALIEN.

Boomerang sent me this and started it tonight. Seems a really solid game, plays well and looks great. I haven't wuite got my head around the whole nemesis system yet. Felt a little daunting at first but I'm sure it will become clear once I've played some more.

Impressed.

This game has a lot of menus and sub-menus doesn't it? Christ.

Is the game in the number 1 priority slot, Buff?

I remember when they sent out the newly released Diablo III to me when all I wanted was Marvel Superheroes  Turned out D3 was in first slot and Marvel was 2.

I could swear I played this game before or a game that is bit similar when it comes to the bosses like that.

1 and 2 :shifty:

It's either this or Evil Within. Talk about a first world problem!

This. I know I can do it but I just can't face bothering with it again.

Great game though!

Did it. The aim and stealth teleport thingy is all I needed to get past it.

Just blown up a statue and killed someone important. Looking forward to unlocking the second area and some new abilities.

I found the grog mission quite easy. But the last few optional weapon upgrade missions are a proper pain in the posterior. (stealth insta fail wise)
