Final episode is called Waterloo, should mean a big ol' battle of some kind.

The 7th/last episode is next week right?

Next week is Ep 6 I think, so two more weeks to go.
Lastest ep: Ginberg's
descent into madness went from highly amusing to terribly disturbing very quickly. Poor chap.

Is it just me or did they get an uncensored 'strawberry float' past the censors this week?
There's usually half a dozen uses of it per seaon but it's always dropped from the audio. Or did I simply download it from a source that wasn't AMC?
Also, Pete

I got the same but I read in a recap that it was bleeped in the US

I think it was on a region by region basis. Some got it, some didn't. It's ridiculous that this is even a thing in 2014, but anyway, PROGRESS.

That was an outstanding episode of television. As soon as the first scene,
I knew what was coming, though. Odd to open it with a relatively minor character so I figured that was it for him. Lot of shows do that. Goodbye Bert And the final scene, just beautiful.
The little tear in his eye. strawberry float. The episodes centred around real-life events are always some of the best the show has ever done. Some great bits of comedy too like Harry getting cut out for about the millionth time
And that scumbag Jim at the end
A terrific half-season all in all.
A strawberry floating year until the next episode.

Fantastic
Very few shows can pull off an ending like that

Excellent mid-season finale, a lot of things happened. Overall a very strong half-season. If you look back in this thread I predicted the final scene. Going to be a long long wait for the final 7 episodes.

That was great but having this as a split season is mental.

It'll be overlooked because of the ending, but I thought the phone scene with Don and Megan was one of the best of the season. Beautifully handled, written and acted.

Finally! I think this is secretly one of my favourite ever shows. I say 'secret' because if you asked me what my favourite shows were I'd most likely forget it. Either way it's certainly one of the most consistent.

Great to have the old gang back together but a bit sad there's only 6 episodes left. The highlights were probably
Rogers 'tashe and the various mink coat girls.
