Herbi. Am I to take it that the Mafia would have killed someone (they all voted for the same person) but they were saved by the Nurse?

LET'S GET STARTED!

Okay. I think it's fair to say that the Mafia all voted for the same person. But thankfully the nurse is on the ball.

Now. This means the Mafia got their code out. They all went for the same person. We just don't know who this person is.

I have a sneaking suspicion it was me. However, only the nurse knows for sure who it was, and I'm not the nurse. So hopefully they'll be doing some detective work.

Anyway, what do we know, then? The Mafia have encoded certain posts within the past 4 pages. So I've tried to find someone who was namedropped more than once. And I found myself.

PCCD wrote:You see though smurphy, it could just be a honest mistake by someone who can't be bothered wading through 20 odd pages of spam and accusations, aaronayl and HM have been guilty of this in other games before.

(I've not really been guilty of this before. I'm not known for it, anyway. I'm one of the calmer player, I like to think).

Mkay, so these are the two in question. Perhaps the third Mafia member is just following orders right now?

PCCD wrote:Anyone need reminding of how baronofrhymes got his seerings out in that AYAW?

Also, what does Baron rhyme with? It's subtle, but if you're looking for codes in that post, you'd probably spot it.

PCCD for the lynch tomorrow.

Apologies, I should have added a proviso that these little embellishments are just to add some background story, make it a bit more fun. There are no clues hidden in them.

Aside from the fact that the Nurse was active.

I'll never give away information that could help either team though.

In which case, I retract my accusations of both Drummy and PCCD, and do not want either for the chop tomorrow.

I hope you guys can see why I accused you, with the circumstances seemingly as they were, and ask you to forgive me and please don't lynch me. <_<.

Maybe they all voted for Mind Crime because I told them to. Or maybe they all voted for me because Mind Crime told them to. Or perhaps they all voted for Aaron because you've (possibly) been the most active so far.

Edit - Oh so they didn't all vote for the same person then? Nevermind.

Yeah. We don't know what happened. All we know is noone got killed.

Pff. Nothing to really go on from th - ouch, my leg - at, is there?

I'm not accusing anyone specifically, I'm just throwing it out there that Irene has been the only one not to post anything yet. He could just have been busy, but staying silent has always been a popular strategy for the wolves in AYAW and it's more than a little dodgy seeing as there are only 12 of us in the game.

Or because it's been mother's day and I'm now posting on a hardly functional PSP
Plus the mafia need to speak in order to kill, over-enthusiasm with the posting is much more suspicous at this point

Before anyone else jumps on this despite aaronayl's retraction I'll say it intended as a joke designed to show how the little no names idea could've gone horribly wrong. I named smurphy because that's who I was talking with at the time and I named aaronayl & HM because they were the first two that came to my head.

I can't and I wrote it

As a fellow inactive, I agree with this statement.

I don't think that there's much chance of a mafia kill right now, so for the time being I'd say that patiently waiting for a slip up would be the best option. As long as we keep relatively quiet then it shouldn't be too hard to pinpoint the mafia members eventually.

Sorry for not PMing tonight, I went to bed at an unprecedented 9pm because I feel like gooseberry fool, and I've since woken at 11pm, 12am, 1am and now.

Mkay, so these are the two in question.

I thought that my post was quite clearly in jest. Understandable though as the mafia just need to signal somehow who they will be voting for.

Not me, though.

Can someone do a quick count up to see how many players have posted so far? I think everyone has now.

It might be worth looking into those who have only recently made their first post, because, as someone rightly pointed out, staying quiet has been a common tactic for the mafia type roles within this game.

Someone? You don't even remember me, Drummy .

I realise people don't want to post much in order to not look suspicious and the like, but come on guys, let's get something rolling, eh?

This... otherwise it's gonna be a permanent stand off!
