I get Private Eye fairly regularly, and sometimes I'll get a train magazine like Railways Illustrated or Rail to have something to nose at. Apart from that I've no particular interest, and certainly don't subscribe to any - they're mainly useful for when I'm on a trip with no signal to browse the internet.

I figure it's better to use that over the Apple Newstand app in case I ever switch to using a non-IOS device. Once I'm caught up I'll probably start buying Retro Gamer at least on a monthly basis. Sometimes I pick up Edge the same way if there's an appealing feature but generally don't bother with modern magazines much anymore.

I'll also buy the Blizzard in digital format every quarter as well, and I think a gaming magazine in this style would be perfect. It's timelines. You can read an issue of the Blizzard from 3 years ago right now and it wouldn't be any less enjoyable or relevant than it was at the time.

+1 for Blizzard, got a subscription for my birthday last year. Haven't gone delving into previous copies yet though.

I used to be the magazine king, all the computer magazines plus Sky magazine no, not Sky TV, these: http://www.ebay.co.uk/sch/Magazines-/28 ... =Celebrity and FHM on subscription.... then Internet came along and I saved thousands a year instead.

I cancelled my subscription to EDGE last month, a subscription I'd had since the 90s for N64 magazine.

I currently subscribe to the pdf edition of the New Statesman.

We should migrate GRcade to Flarum. :toot:

I haven't actually brought or subscribed to a magazine in nearly 6-7 years. I used to read NOM/ONM and NGamer but after I got into the internet I found it much easier to read the news online.

If we're counting Manga I'm trying to catch up with Nisekoi/something else and then I'm going to start reading weekly Jump, but sadly I have no option to get it in the UK.

I currently buy: Edge & Retro Gamer digitally but depending on the contents I'll pick up the physical copy. I love some of the Bookazines you can get, real quality publications.

I started with Super Play and went all the way through to NGamer, ONM and I still have a sub with Gamesmaster that swopped over - I've just been too lazy to cancel it. I don't paw over every page like I did other magazines in the past but it's still nice to get something delivered on a monthly basis.

Used to get Arcade and N64 mag back in the glory days but now very rarely buy a physical magazine.
I do subscribe to some for free (National Geographic, Total Film, Mens Health, Gamesmaster) through the local library to read on the Zinio app

I used to pick that up! I recall it as being a pretty cool mixture of music, film, fashion and lifestyle - a great read.

I tried Readers Wives but Skarjo got there first.

Occasionally buy empire, total film or mens health if I'm going away but that's it.

Used to buy Fhm all the time over ten years ago but have no interest now
