March holiday

Have a few days booked off work early March so was wondering if any of you more well traveled folk knew of anywhere good to go at this time of year. Haven't decided whether to stay in UK or go to Europe yet. I'm guessing time of year won't make much difference across Europe. Unless there are big event of some sort somewhere.

I went to Paris in March a few years ago and it was actually in the high teens. Well nice, and the locals were a lot nicer than I've been lead to believe. Highly recommended, but a bit of a gamble weather wise.

Same question here really. Have a hotel booked for Easter in London, over the first weekend. Actually realised we could probably go somewhere nicer.

The hotel is £430 for 3 nights..any ideas on alternatives..in this country or abroad..will £430 get us abroad for a few night for that much? I don't go away much.

For £430 you could go to a lot of places in Europe including flights. Holidays in the UK are ridiculously expensive.

430's more than enough for a few nights in the sun Glowy. Could get flights and a semi decent hotel for a week for that, no bother.

London is stupidly over iced even though the hotel looked amazing.

Gonna have a look with her at the weekend.

Got a week in gran canaria a fortnight after that too :wub:

How much? I on,y tend to look at places that do "all in one holidays" as I'm not too confident booking flights and stuff separate.
