Mario Golf: Super Rush - Releasing 25/June New Overview Trailer

While the gameplay was extremely refined, Tennis was definitely bare bones and if you weren't going to play online it was pretty limited.

Golf has much more content though, I think it was released in a pretty good state and they've only expanded it since.

Mario Tennis now is good, they added quite a bit and its on regular rotation when me and the gf play games.

Mario Golf however was really disappointing, the movement speed is too slow and the courses were just not fun and felt un-Nintendo.

By the time I got the tennis game it was only mega tryhards left playing online, it was not a fun experience getting destroyed while trying to learn the ropes.

This game is atrocious. Fortunately I've managed to spin it on to another sap.
I'd rather iron my knob flat than play it again.
The 3DS one was miles better.

Mario's NES Open Tournament Golf costume is this months ranked mode unlock. Probably the best costume unlock so far.

Managed to pick up for £30 so first game of 2022 purchased. Do many GRcade members still play this?

I still jump for a few course every so often. Never been online with it, though.

Might have to create a GRcade Tournament at some point

I've played through the GBC version fully which honestly I think is the best one overall over the last week and it makes me realise the people complaining that Super Rush wasn't 'Marioy' enough are completely unfounded. The GBC one is definitely the best in terms of content and that's barely a Mario Game. There's only 3 playable Mario Characters and there's only one course that's obscenely Mario and that isn't even that good.

I think the issue is you don't need this to be super Mariofied, you just need the golfing to be good which imo in this one was pretty good.
