This is the one game I'd want a Wii U for, looks lush and fun as hell.

Finally a Nintendo game that doesn't look like it could run on the Wii (graphically speaking).

Wouldn't mind a port of this...

Any idea what it's running on?

The first two ran on the Triforce board, can't see if they've changed it for that game (which is the 3rd in the series).

EDIT - Its developed by Namco.

I'd go with Triforce but a wii specced version possibly?

People not voting for MK64? Madness!

Edge's most controversial non-[10].

This looks fantastic, like everyone else has said this was the game that really looked leaps and bounds ahead of anything the Wii or Gamecube could have pulled off.

My favourite MK is still probably Super Circuit, just came at a point where I was really loving gaming and was a really pure and enjoyable game. I absolutely played it to death back in the day. MK64 wins on the multiplayer mode though any day of the week!

Hopefully the Crash Bandicoot IP rumours will turn out to be true and we'll get the next gen karting game we all deserve.

You've GOT to be joking. You're joking right? Surely you're joking? This must be a joke.

The Rainbow Road music from 64!

The crosshair for aiming the green shells is a nice addition.

The arcade version has been a lot better than the last few iterations, would much rather had Mario Kart Arcade released on the Wii U than 8 which I didn't enjoy too much, really wide tracks.

This will be the reason I buy a Wii U.

I didn't feel that Crash Bandicoot had enough interesting characters to warrant a kart game.

I've only played the Arcade version a few times, but doesn't that also have really wide tracks?
