Had to tether from my phone the past two weeks. I'm sure that's why I've been in last place at times. Think it's the tether. Stupid phone.

I probably wont be on discord. I just find it distracting to play and talk without a headset.

To be fair, I'm the bully. Tsunade just overtook us right at the end. She didn't launch three red shells into your behind and stick around to watch as each one hit.

You raced well tonight, tsunade. At several points I regretted getting you the switch.

Yeah, going in to the penultimate race, Taunade and I were jostling for third place. I was desperate to finish third (I'm overly competitive even when I lack any discernible talent at something).

So of course, what happens is I recover form a bad first lap to be in about 4th position going into the last section on the third lap. I then get what can only be labelled horricialtl assaulted by the rest of the pack and end up finishing in 12th, whilst Tsunade crosses the line in first. Next track, we both finish at the back and I end up in about 7th overall.

This game doesn't make the start of the working week any easier.

Also, me when I do badly: "It's just bloody item roulette on wheels, this".

When the game takes pity on me and gives me a bullet bill in the dying moments that literally takes control and torpedoes me over the line, taking me from 12th to 3rd: "Phew, my superior knowledge of the racing line let my natural talent shine there".
