If you didn't already know they cut an episode from season 1 of What If to air in season 2, I think you'll be able to guess when you watch 1x09.

I kind of figured there was something missing based off one of the Lego sets I saw a couple of months ago.

Are we talking about Gamora and Stark? because I genuinely thought I somehow missed an episode. Surely cutting that for next season makes no sense?

Yes. They made two Lego sets for What If? The Hydra Stomper and Sakaarian Iron Man. The indication was they'd had to drop an episode for scheduling reasons but surely they could have just dropped two episode in one week. I thought the Gamora mcguffin could have done with some explanation beyond just it crushes infinity stones. I assume there are parts of this season that will be reflected back into the live action MCU. Some more of evil Sorcerer Supreme Strange would be awesome, he was op'ed to strawberry float.

Watched Black Widow tonight. Enjoyed it enough but it totally falls apart in the final third and who the strawberry float thought casting Ray Winstone as a Russian geezer was a good idea

I wish they hadn't gone so big with it. The best stuff was the smaller family struggles and scenes like the one between Natasha and her sister at the petrol station. The CGI was propey ropey in places too.

Florence Pugh was great though.

Just watched it tonight and agree with everything here. Winstone’s accent was distractingly bad, and it all goes a bit over the top towards the end but overall I thought it was pretty good. I think the MCU overdoes the deadpan humour angle, but it just worked with Yelena and I really enjoyed David Harbour’s character.

Watched that there Black Widow today too. Thought it was absolutely wonderful and I sincerely hope to see Yelena, Alexei and Melina again. I know Yelena's going to be returning, but, the others we don't know yet.

I don't know why people liked Yelena so much. You could have removed her from the film entirely to no detriment.

finally bothered to watch the final of what if....? over all enjoyable

however we could have had a better group of characters but ah well. itll be curious to see what that gamora's story will be like next series. my main take away is that vision could have cut thanos in half at the end of infinity war and just didnt. i know hes a good guy and not big on the whole death thing but he did just impale a guy before thanos showed up
