I still can't get past strawberry floating Harry Styles though. Properly lost respect for the people pulling the MCU strings at that point, a real "I'm out" moment.

Really, really hope he doesn't come back.

What's the problem with Harry Styles? The few seconds he was on screen were not enough to judge his acting ability.

Seriously? He was strawberry floating awful!

Really?

It was about as convincing a performance as Boris attempting to give an apology!

I seem to remember him being alright in Dunkirk.

Nothing spectacular or anything but not franchise-humiliatingly awful.

Thought Eternals was OK, not great but not as bad as others said. I liked some of the ideas and visuals but I wasn't the biggest fan of Richard Madden and Gemma Chan in this, they're both a bit dull.

Uh oh. Do you know the rumour going round about The Batman?

Yeah. And to cast an actor who seemingly can't emote as Joker is madness.

Apparently there are two different cuts of the ending, one with a Joker reveal and one without. Fingers crossed it's the latter.

Don't think so, isn't it for Eternals 2 with the other being a teaser for Blade?

Oh ffs

Not aimed at the actor, but the Joker is so strawberry floating boring and overdone.

The first is either for Eternals 2 (if it gets another chance)/GotG3 (May 2023). Probably Guardians based on the music.

The second could be anything supernaturally like Moon Knight (March), Werewolf by Night (October), Blade, his own series or a team up like Midnight Sons

Well I just clicked on one spoiler as I was curious who they were talking about and it was someone who was cast in that

Absolutely.
Batman Begins was literally a reboot that ended on a Joker reveal! :slol:

And that final scene was perfect. I can't imagine it being improved.

Deciding to potentially waste my afternoon by watching Eternals, very odd start so far.

It literally feels like an origin story similar to like the Isu/ones who came before in Assassins Creed so far.

Goodness that dragged on towards the end :dread: It was very average overall as well, didn’t dislike it as much as some of you have said but it was a long way from enjoyable.

Bit cheeky to give the option to skip credits after one of the post credits scenes as well.

But would it skip to the second post credit scene or just end the film there and then? If it does then thats good I suppose, I skipped on to be safe though
