I have a feeling that although we effectively have a mutant Quicksilver, there will be no further mention of mutants at all in Wandavision. I think it was a misdirection.

I think the nerdverse is looking too hard at Dr. Strange 2. The 'multiverse of madness' likely refers to a dimension in and of itself built by Dormammu or some other entity for the express purpose of trapping Strange rather than the sort of parallel worlds one might see in the Arrowverse. Kind of like Rimmer's hammond organ recital night.

Take it away Skutters!

So you're saying the multiverse is going to be a Red Dwarf/MCU crossover? I can get behind that idea!

Awesome, looking forward to Jake Bullet showing up in the finale. Dude would absolutely destroy Vision :datass:

Avenger's could have just stopped him with the old backfiring Infinity Gauntlet trick!

Wanda9

Disappointing - but mostly because of what it’s not and hyped fan theories and expectations.

Its much more pedestrian than that and it’s a solid, if unspectacular, wrap up to the season and story.

Partly my own fault but I spent the entire thing waiting for ‘the moment’ and it’s never there. So my problem is largely unfulfilled anticipation rather than a problem with the product itself.

That said throughout run the makers have  shown imagination and willingness to be inventive and willingness to risk something different. This final is basic stuff with none of that energy.

So missing witness really did mean nothing?

Fietro was a tease at nothing from the makers with a horrible pay off?

Monica’s emergent powers are laughably ignored especially by her.

Vision doesn’t mention to anyone White Vision change? And no one asks where it went?

2 credit sequences btw

What's the run time for this one? Currently trying to plan for tonight around this, the last episode of It's a Sin and an early start tomorrow.

Yeah, I agree with pretty much all of that Hexx. Solid ending but lacked that wow moment.

Waited 9 weeks and had nowt spoiled for me, gonna smash through Wandavision this weekend.
Back to earlier chat, I’ve actually missed most of the Marvel’s at the cinema but have upped my game in recent years - everything since Dr Strange has been in the posh seats at the Odeon 8-)

Seeing Endgame at Vue was the biggest mistake of my life. Tiny screen and faulty audio ruined the film for me.

Never again.

Wandavision 1x09- I'm seeing a load of disappointed reactions around the internet because the show didn't validate people's personal fanfiction. The plot was exactly what it looked like it was going to be when the show was announced- Wanda has a breakdown.

Finale was fine.

I agree to an extent but by doing things like casting Evan Peters and building it up as some big thing the show encourage those theories only in the last episode to go nah, just a joke cast

Just finished watching it, it was good not great and pretty much wrapped up in the most obvious way possible.

Quciksilver not being Quicksilver was a bit disappointing.

Amusement under late capitalism is the prolongation of work.

not bad at all

itll be interesting to see where wanda's character goes, well where all the characters go. and they have the set up for her being in multiverse of madness. i am curious as to what will become of the white vision and if we'll see the twins again. not sure if we'll see agent woo or darcy again but monica will certainly be back. i dont get why everyone's upset at pietro not being pietro now when they revealed that two weeks ago. frankly as far as troll casting and messing with the fans go i applaud marvel in this case.
