Enjoyed both episodes, looking forward to seeing where this all leads as I guess this should tie into the next Doctor Strange by the end.

Omg I couldn't quite pin who he reminded me of but it was absolutely Rik Mayall.

He really reminded me of Kris Marshall (Love Actually) for some reason.

I don't think Wandavision works as a weekly series. The fake sitcom isn't funny and there isn't enough realworld stuff. The closest show this resembles is Life on Mars and the fake world stories there were actually good.

The fake sitcom is only going to last for a few episodes, then the realworld stuff will kick in.

Yeah I agree, I might just wait for it all to be out now. First two episodes were fine but I can see a lot of people not bothering next week.

I found the fake sitcom pretty funny to be honest.

I enjoyed the first two episodes. As someone on my Twitter said, it's a cultural studies teacher's absolute wet dream.

You do get the impression that its probably a bit of a critics wet dream. I'm enjoying it but for me its the intrigue from the points where the veneer is broken. I've got a rudimentary grasp of comic stories of Scarlet Witch so I've some inkling of where this is going but I'm interested to see how it gets there.

Oh and Bettany is obviously loving this. The chance to go beyond normal Vision is a gift for him.

I think it's brilliant. Reminds me of The Truman Show or Pleasantville.

I love American mid-century design so that's cool as well.

Same boat as Dual really, I like the style of it an awful lot and am looking forward to seeing where it goes.

Yeah, it ticks a lot of appealing boxes for me.

I'm curious how clever the writing will be if you rewatch it knowing exactly what's up. I feel like there's some clever hints in there that aren't necessarily immediately apparent.

There are a lot of daft theories floating around at the minute but I'll bet we're looking at a Gunmen of the Apocalypse-style scenario.

Shuri downloaded Vision before his death in Infinity War and his consciousness perceives that virtual reality as a 1950's sitcom. The 'badguys' are in fact shreds of Ultron left over at the back of Vision's mind.

Wanda jacked in to rescue him into a new body Shuri has built but lost her own memories along the way.

Sounds like a job for the Riveira Kid.

I'm thinking Wanda was overwhelmed at the loss of Vision, and has created this reality in order to have a 'perfect' life with him.

SWORD agents are trying to figure out what's happening and are trying to break into the Wanda's 'reality'. Since she created this world, she has control to rewind and re-write to her will.

It's probably going to lead to her tearing opening holes to the multiverse, leading to Spider-man 3 and Dr Strange 2.

I think this is what everyone is expecting at this point.

I'm sure they've got a few surprises up their sleeves though.

Where did we last see Wanda, was she at the funeral in Endgame?

Yes. She had a conversation with Hawkeye there about moving forward. I don't think they're going to overwrite that with a standard "Oh she's torn up inside and has created a pocket-verse," to be honest. My prediction is that someone(Kathryn Hahn is my current favourite for the role) has done this to Wanda, possibly for her own protection. This is why she hears the encroachments from the radio asking her who has done this to her. Also, I believe the voice she's hearing is Randall Park's character, Jimmy Woo. But this is all just my speculation at the moment.

Obviously Wanda is there to break Vision out of the simulation, I'm just interested to see whether she goes the good karma route by activating the Chinese invasion from the abandoned house or the bad karma route of following Betty's directions to murder everyone.

She going to blatantly pick one, then reload a previous save to get the Achievements for both.
