Ah fair enough, I thought you'd missed the posts.

I think I'm becoming burnt out with the MCU. I haven't watched any of the recent TV series and don't really have much of a desire to. Eternals is the first MCU film I haven't been to see. I'm not as excited about the new Spider-Man film as I thought I'd be either. It's a bit sad really as Marvel has been such a big part of my life. I'm not sure what would hook me again. A new Daredevil series, a Hulk solo film? Maybe Fantastic Four or Ghost Rider?

Please do not post this in the "No Context" thread

I booked Spider-Man for the Saturday night and I just remembered that I have next Thursday/Friday as annual leave without any plans :fp: I could've booked it for opening night instead!!!!

Well, I mean, yea? Isn't he already the MCU's Daredevil? Isn't that the point?

If you liked the Netflix shows then She Hulk, Echo and Daredevil will probably interest you as they have some writers back for those projects.

I've enjoyed the MCU TV shows more than the recent movies TBH.

Netflix MCU is/was different to Disney MCU.

Could you not contact the cinema and ask to move your booking?

Doubt they'd strawberry float about too much, the casting has been brilliant largely thus far.

Don’t tell me that the She-Hulk show is going to end up looking like Jessica Jones. Don’t say it to me. Seasons 2&3 of that thing were a steaming turd.

Krysten Ritter cameoing as She Hulk's PI wouldn't be the weirdest thing if Daredevil and Kingpin are about to turn up elsewhere.

At least Jessica’s mum is dead and Trish is on the raft so we don’t have to worry about those storylines again

Another good episode. A bit slower than episode 3 until the end but sets things up very well for the final 2.

I love this show. The chemistry between Clint and Kate is brilliant and I really like how they're showing the human side of being a superhero and the toll it has had on Clint's life.

Honestly think this might be my favourite yet of the Marvel Disney+ shows.

What a fantastic episode of Hawkeye again. This is quickly becoming my favourite Marvel series just behind Loki. I love how ground level it all is.

Hawkeye S01E04

Pretty good episode again, they've all been solid so far.

I guess the watch probably belongs to Laura Barton for Clint to have motivation to get it. She also seems a lot more clued in on the spy stuff (multiple languages, contacts for info dumps) so perhaps she worked for SHIELD before Fury helped her retire. Possibly she is the MCU's Mockingbird? In the comics that's Bobbi Morse but she has already appeared in Agents of SHIELD but didn't go by the codename in that.

Prediction, which is probably pretty obvious at this point but:

Jack is a red herring and completely oblivious to what's going on with Kate's Mum being the real villain in with the tracksuits

I think she was probably calling in the Widow hit on Clint over the phone. Yelena avoided any confrontation possible with Kate during the rooftop section.
