Wandavision 1x06- Getting big evil vibes from Pietro but if he is Mephisto or whatever in disguise why wouldn't he appear as Aaron Taylor Johnson? If it is an actual recast why even have the characters reference it?

So does the ad in this week's episode sort of encapsulate what the bigger picture of the show is, ie that there is a big bad parasitically feeding off of Wanda's magic in a way that could ultimately kill her? So who does the shark represent? Wasn't "Pietro" referred to as a "vampire" earlier in the episode?

I don't know why Marvel was so obsessed with giving so many characters that haircut (Wolverine, Beast, Quicksilver, plenty of others) that literally no one has in real life
