I strongly disagree that there's no character arc at all. She isn't the same person at the end of the film as she is at the start. It's a very pat description to suggest that. The origin story is just fine differently and for me that helps to convey her disjointed conceit if herself and the frustration she feels at bring held back. Happy to agree to disagree but what some have taken from the film is different to mine. Different opinions and all that.
Agree wholeheartedly with your last statement Skarjo - that meltdown would be a thing to behold.

Bearing in mind - we are clearly entering Denny likes something and argues with everyone who doesn't like it as much as he does' territory.

I really enjoyed it tbh, She's OP as fook but I think that was ok for my daughter to see.

I enjoyed the film very much, however, my biggest concern was....

Are there any other cats/furkin(sp) in the other films that we should be worried out?

Captain America front and center as he should be.

We knew he'd get the shield back (in either an awesome "Oh yeah!" moment or one that hits the feels) but I wish it wasn't on poster

Saw Captain Marvel this afternoon. I appreciate that I am a week behind everyone else but I really enjoyed it. They did a great job. I’ve read through everyone’s comments now and I agree with Denny’s view on the film. Also why would anyone have an issue with the cat? To anyone worried about her being too powerful to fit in with avengers I’m sure there will be a storyline reason that stops her just walking through thanos and any other enemies. Have faith.

On the new trailer. Awesome, really pumped for endgame. Will definitely see that within the first 24hrs of release. Great stuff. The new uniforms people are talking about are definitely space suits, time quantum suits or time travel suits
