We’ve already had three MCU movies this year, I think people need a break!

Was the Blockbuster front at the start of the trailer CGI? It looks slightly off to me.

It was fine? Surprised that Samuel L Jackson was such a focus of the trailer but Nick Fury is vastly more interesting than Carol Danvers.

Personally I think Brie Larson is tops

Liked her since she played Envy Adams in Scott Pilgrim vs The World.

Marvel Developing TV Shows Featuring Loki, Scarlet Witch for Disney Streaming Service

Disney is going to lean on the Marvel Cinematic Universe to give its upcoming direct-to-consumer streaming service a superhero-sized jolt when it launches next year.

Disney and Marvel Studios are in early development to give some of Marvel's secondary characters their own limited series, The Hollywood Reporter has confirmed. Characters who could star in their own series include the likes of Loki and the Scarlet Witch, and Disney is planning on Tom Hiddleston and Elizabeth Olsen, who play the characters on the big screen, to reprise their roles. No writers are attached for the series.

I keep hearing about this soon to launch service, but its DisneyLife isnt it? Is it unavailable in the US or something?

I think it’s similar but the talk was that they will pull all Disney shows and films from all the other streaming services and only have them on the Disney service.

Personally, I think that trailer needed more dramatic drumming.

I thought it was a decent, but not-amazing trailer. Just didn't have anything that wow'd me. Grandma punch was awesome though.

Still very much looking forward to it. I just need to get myself into the mindset that this isn't going to be an Infinity War scale experience. That movie may have spoiled all the others for me.

I really enjoyed the trailer. I know I've said it before, but I'm really impressed at how well they've done with the de-aging effects on Sam Jackson. There must have been a level of confidence there for them to use it in a whole movie rather than a single scene like in Ant-Man or Civil War.

Disney's Streaming service is looking to include 2 MCU series on Loki and Wanda.
These will NOT be made by the Studio arm, but by the movie division (which sounds internal power play ish)

No word yet on which version of her accent Olsen will use ;)

Re: Captain Marvel, didn’t Nick Fury say in Avengers 1 that we didn’t know we weren’t alone in the universe until Thor arrived. How does that work with Captain Marvel turning up in the 90s? Did he lie or am I misrembering his line?

No you're right he definitely does say that, not sure what the workaround for this will be or if they just plan to ignore it and hope that nobody notices!

EDIT: here's the line:

Nick Fury wrote:Last year earth had a visitor from another planet who had a grudge match that leveled a small town. We learned that not only are we not alone, but we are hopelessly, hilariously, outgunned.

Nick Fury lies all the time though. Perhaps he just didn't want to mention her.

Tony says as much when he points out that he's "THE Spy" and something like "His secrets have secrets" (Or did I imagine that one.... not sure.).
