Oh not Thor 2 sorry, I only read Ant-Man. Jesus. Thor 2 is absolutely C-tier. I do enjoy Thor though. I feel like this is as good a time as any to re-tier all the MCU films in anticipation of Endgame:

Thor: Ragnarok
Avengers: Infinity War
Captain America: Civil War
Guardians of the Galaxy
Captain America: The Winter Soldier

Marvel's The Avengers
Black Panther
Guardians of the Galaxy vol. II
Spider Man: Homecoming

Captain America: The First Avenger
Ant-Man
Dr. Strange
Iron Man
Captain Marvel
Ant-Man and the Wasp
Iron Man 3
Thor

Avengers: Age of Ultron
Thor: The Dark World
Iron Man 2
Incredible Hulk

At least you and I would agree about something. The top tier is what I would choose.

Struggle to find much to disagree with here, that's pretty much how I'd group them as well. Certainly hard to dispute the top 5.

I'd probably swap Black Panther for Civil War (even with Spidey I'm just not that struck by it). Spider-verse trumps them all but it's not MCU. Everything else I'd probably agree with, maybe Iron Man gets a push up a notch.

I'd drop Civil War down into the second tier, otherwise I agree with Cora's summary.

There's a lot of average and forgettable movies in that list

Even then at least the "worst" ones are still reasonably enjoyable with some good moments in them (the finale fight sequence in Dark World comes to my mind)...

The true top tier:

Guardians of the Galaxy
Thor: Ragnarok
Iron Man
Marvel's The Avengers
Captain America: Civil War
Captain America: The First Avenger

Infinity War wasn't any better than the standard Marvel fare and I found Winter Soldier much more forgettable than the first Cap film (which is probably the one here I enjoy more than it is objectively good).

Iron Man may seem a bit safe and formulaic on re-watch, but that's only because it was the template the rest of the films have followed. It's still the best origin story they've done.

Civil War and The Avengers are the two best Avengers films and given that Endgame follows on from Infinity War I don't expect that to change.

There's a new spot doing the rounds announcing ticket sales. Spoils a fair bit - wish I hadn't seen.

Yeah I didn't even want to put anything in spoiler tags since I think it shows far far too much.

Hopfully it's misdirection as Marvel are normally good at marketing.
