I finished watching inhumans. It turned out to be a bit gooseberry fool in the end. I still wanted bastard bolton to win though. Hoofman, fishman, and sees what happens man all seemed to be stupid and arrogant. And blackbolt really didnt work at all on the show.

Started on the Punisher, really liking it so far. Upto episode 10. Really good episode. I would disagree that the pacing has been too slow, at times it went down but i think its averaging out to be good overall.

Anyone know what UK channel Runaways is going to be on? I've seen some places say channel 4 have the rights but there hasn't been an official announcement.

I'd heard Channel 4, but I don't have any definite source I can link to.

First three episodes are pretty decent. Not amazing, but good. It's quite teen-drama in places (As it should be I guess), which normally I'm not a fan of. But it's good so far and I'm going to stick with it. It's really weird seeming James Marsters (sp?) playing a parent though. He'll always be Spike to me.

But mostly I just want to see more of the Raptor. For some reason I never expected them to include it, but so glad it's there.

Good thing is that apart from the broad strokes and big events, I don't remember too much about the comics, so it'll be nice to see where this goes before I re-read them.

Yeah I was surprised to see Amy Acker as the mum in the Gifted.

I've got to say, the Punisher is the first of the Netflix shows that I didn't think was drawn out to fit 13 episodes. It did take a little while to get going but there was no mid season slack which I think was mostly down to the Lewis side-story. All in all (and aside from it being just a little too gory), I really liked it and I think it's probably my favourite of them all. But I'm no Punisher aficionado and maybe it deviates too far from the canon, I've no idea.

Only concern is where they would take it going forwards.

Punisher was good, my fav episode was the one that was all out of sequence from different peoples perspectives, however that episode didn't really fit in with the other 12. It probably would have made more sense on a shower like SHIELD where they sometimes dedicate an episode to a specific character.

Inhumans... jesus christ.

Runaways is a bit difficult to watch also. I've finished episode 4 however and I think there's only 7 or 8 in total so I may as well sit that through to the end. Like Skins I think I prefer the parents and would rather they spent more time with them instead :slol: also episode 4 spoiler... did she just get naked and in bed with her... dad? I'm assuming that white walker type person is her "dead" father?

Shield starts tomorrow :datass:

The only bit I really hated was when Billy Russo basically one-shotted an entire SWAT team with a silenced pistol and then walked away from his office as it exploded. That just looked strawberry floating stupid.

Inhumans was awful. I wanted the royal family to lose, they're a bunch of dicks. And lol at a superhero show where most of them can't/don't use their powers for the majority of the show. Also, how come they didn't just use subtitles for the sign language bits instead of having every character repeat back to Black Bolt what he just said?

Still haven't started Punisher and I've still got about 6 episodes of the Gifted to catch up on too :fp:

I didn't realise there was going to be more Netflix stuff after Punisher. Is there a road map announced?

Think after JJ it's Daredevil series 3, then I assume that'll be followed by Luke Cage 2 and Iron Fist 2, maybe another Defenders arc in there somewhere too. Pretty sure Punisher is coming back for a second series as well.

The Punisher is a bit good isn’t it

Iron Fist is unappreciated. Jessica Henwick is lovely
