Same, I’m thinking probably a solid 7. But this being a Nintendo game I don’t think it will drop in price for a while.

I think it'll get 7.5 to 8. It's not going to blow people away but it is what it is. More ultimate alliance. If there was more upgrade paths and equipment it could have been diablo but I'll be happy with more of the same and a lot of extra DLC characters. Hopefully the DLC packs are at least 5 characters each.

Some strong rumors that at comic con they will announce a new charcters or two which is locked behind a day one patch. Even rumors it could be link or samus as they were supposed to be in X-Men legends but it never happened.

Forgot this was out tomorrow. Review embargo timing doesn't fill you with confidence....

They really missed a trick not getting this out in April. Nintendo's first half was pretty sparse and Endgame hype was at its' maximum.

A week before Fire Emblem while everyone is still playing Mario Maker 2 isn't ideal.

So this actually has a lot more content that it appears on the surface?

Colossus and Cyclops are free DLC coming August 30th.

Blade, Punisher, Moon Knight and Morbius are the Marvel Knights DLC.

Dang, it... what with these guys and Ghost Rider, my ability to resist is rapidly diminishing.

There'll be 50 characters minimum after all the DLCs if they each contain 4 :shock:

They are killing it with this game.

An 8/10 from Nintendolife which given it's a Nintendo exclusive then maybe you can add on 1 or 2.

All in all, the reviews I've read basically say it's more MUA and that can't be a bad thing.

Looks like it's scored exactly what everyone thought it would. 7/10 across the board.

I'm okay with this as I'm fairly certain the other games scored about the same and I loved those.

Looking forward to picking it up at some point but with Dragon Quest Builders 2 out and Fire Emblem next week, they really could have spaced these out better.

My copy arrived this morning. I just need to buy a switch now :toot:

Played a couple of hours last night and I’m liking it so far. Feels very arcady (is that a word?).

Characters seem to be more based on their comic book versions with some mcu elements but I’m not an expert so don’t quote me on this.

From what I’ve played of the first one, it feels a lot like it so if you liked the other ultimate Alliance games then you’ll like this.
