Looks like I'll be be getting it in August when its properly released

I promised my kids that I'd only play this couch co-op with them. The only thing stopping me ignoring this is Baba is You.

Alternate costumes are coming starting with the free DLC in August. Thought they would've been unlockables.

Why would King Cyclops not be available at launch? Bizarre choice.

Not having alternate costumes is weird I guess we are in the era of DLCs and MTXs now so including that stuff at launch is impossible.

I think I'll wait to boot this up in August, that's when the revised Switches drop right? I should be able to grab an old model in clearance and then this game will have some of the DLC and extras added.

Oh it seems like you actually unlock some in the Infinity Trials.

Played this for a few hours so far up to the end of the Raft. If you enjoyed M:UA 1,2 and Marvel Heroes then you'll probably love this.

Game arrived today.... Switch arrives tomorrow.

Cannot wait. X-Men Legends and the first Ultimate Alliance were both brilliant. So pleased with all the DLC and that some of it is free.

Predictions for the 4 X-Men characters for the DLC?

Gambit, Iceman, Jubilee and Bishop would be the dream but I think we'll get Emma Frost and maybe even.... Walking Charles Xavier (was in a previous game)

I think they'll chuck in a villain type with the X-Men so Emma Frost wouldn't surprise me. Would love to see Iceman since he was really fun to play as in previous games. Maybe Gambit and Rogue as well. Kitty Pride would be cool as well.

I wonder if they'll give away Beast for free later on since he's in this as an NPC like Cyclops and Colossus are?

Awesome game so far, played few hours. Im a sucker so bought the expansion, £18 not the worst...maybe.

Finally a game my girlfriend likes and can actually play like 1 & 2! Couch co-op

The Marvel Knights DLC is released on September 30th 2019. According to a post on Reddit which linked to Russian promotion for the DLC.

I've still got 3 chapters left (I think, going by the stage select layout) but I haven't touched the Infinity Trials yet and it looks like there's loads of them.

Have you done any Infinity Trials? Are they like the VR missions in the last ones? I disliked them, from memory they were just grindy kill X enemies in X time in an arena to unlock costumes

Reading peoples experiences it seems this game is as long as the others with a larger rooster. With all the DLC it seems like a lot of content fingers crossed the DLC story content is worthwhile
