The visuals look so good :datass: I've missed MUA

I've still got 3 chapters left (I think, going by the stage select layout) but I haven't touched the Infinity Trials yet and it looks like there's loads of them.

Have you done any Infinity Trials? Are they like the VR missions in the last ones? I disliked them, from memory they were just grindy kill X enemies in X time in an arena to unlock costumes

Reading peoples experiences it seems this game is as long as the others with a larger rooster. With all the DLC it seems like a lot of content :D fingers crossed the DLC story content is worthwhile

They seem like the VR stuff in the previous games, only tried a few of them but I wasn't a high enough level. I kinda went into this blind other than the reveal trailer so I ding get any locations spoiled. So far there's been:

Kreeship
The Raft
New York City rooftop Shadowland (Hand ninja temple on top of a skyscraper)
Avengers Tower
X-Men Mansion
Dark Dimension
Attilan

Probably about 9 hours played so far. Gonna do some online today to level some other people up since it can get pretty tough in places and a couple of the bosses were tricky if you're under levelled.

So, are the UA games linked via story or anything? I have the first 2 on PC.

The first two are linked but separate, the third one is entirely unrelated.

Not really. The ending of the first one set up Galactus being the big villain in the second game, but that was done by a different developer and got totally ignored for a different story.

This one doesn't have any continuation in story from the previous two.

Just got to the first hero select icon after a boss fight. Because I've bought the DLC I've unlocked a character early.... He's level 21 and my current roster are level 5 - 7. Think he'll be on my team for a good while.

Wish my image sig would work

Didn’t they have Thor mention as matter of fact “oh yeah I had to fight Galactus” in 2 to tie it up

The second one is vastly inferior to the first IMO. :slol:

Looked worse
Played worse
Story was worse

It was weird how they managed it.

Some shockingly low frame drops in docked.

The second game was terrible, removal of all customisation of characters moves, terrible roster, DLC for best characters and a final boss that wasn't even laughable it was a bad super powered version of nick fury...

Only good thing it brought in was the super combo super moved which looked good. But a few of them were just two characters running in a circle.

Already the third game is better than the second.

These games have always been resource intensive to be fair

The first game red ringed two of my 360s during the Attilan section and that was a PS2 port

Man the titles for all the characters are great.

I especially like the one for the Infinity Sentinel

The giant teleporting dog was one thing but I can't wait to play as the large rooster.

Got a chance to play more of this. Clicking a lot more and getting the classic marvel feel from it. It's bloody awesome.

I really do like the art style and you can see the Team Ninja influence in the combat, it's far tighter than previous instalments.

I like how they've added that heroic camera that positions it much lower and closer to your character like a third person action game.

Currently at the avengers tower. My only issue is the gaps in levels between my characters. But I suppose that's what the XP cubes are for.

Wanda is my current go to character along with Deadpool. Leveling up Spider-Man too but I keep changing characters to see who clicks best.

The game has a lot of content with all these challenges and the difficulty seems to be just right. I'm always just about getting by when it comes to boss battles.

The character unlock rate is perfect. Just keeps giving and giving.

Only just got past the Shadowland section. I’m rocking the unoriginal team of Cap, Iron-Man, Thor and Hulk.

I am liking it but only playing about 90 mins a night so it doesn’t begin to feel repetitive.

Just go to the X-Men section. Hawkeye is really good in this, also feels great to play as him.
