..The strawberry floating useless idiots more like!

Jesus christ! Is anyone else watching this?!
They don't even know how to make a Beurre Noisette FFS.
And the guy who left the skins on his Crushed potatoes

The funny thing is, my older brother, Joe, applied to go on this.
And he's a very, very good chef.. leagues above me.
He would've destroyed everyone I've seen on this so far... but they didn't put him on the show.

I want to watch it because it's a cooking program, but it makes me ANGRY!!!

:D  :fp:

That young guys food looked like dog food. How did he get through. I think they put less skilled people in so that the one they want to get through will. I do not beleive that they turned away people capable of doing better.

Of course, the taste test would be impossible so it could only be a competition for presentation. Who could the most appetising looking dish from certain ingredients and who can make a certain dish look the best.

Well surely this show is going to be like a cheffie X Factor. These guys are supposed to be profesionals so much of the fun is going to be seeing these people not being able to boil an egg on national TV...they are bound to be putting some idiots through or it just wouldn't be much fun to watch.

Yeah, Why on earth they put a chef on this programme that didn't even think to Scale his Sea Bass is beyond me, whilst my Brother Joe is such an amazing Chef who they turned down.

They need one clown in there to make the other chefs look better and to add some excitement and drama to the show, don't they.

Actually, why didn't you apply?

I think that the point though. If you watch The Apprentice you’ll see people making mistakes that a GCSE Business Studies student wouldn’t do. Same with Big Brother, they don’t want successful well rounded people, they want idiots who will crack under pressure and possibly set fire to themselves and the kitchen.

Wish my image sig would work

I nearly did, but I'm not confident enough in my cooking to put it on telly.
My Brother could've easily breezed through to the Semi's at least. Now he really is a great chef, and the reason I became one.
