Anyone else get post Christmas blues? It's ridiculous, due to covid, I didn't have much of a festive season this year, my first positive test was timed in a way that I missed most of it. Though, for some reason, I still feel sad now it's all over...

I get them really badly (I hate new years eve as a thing which doesn't help). Managed to get out a few times before Christmas but have been ill since the day after boxing day so we've not been anywhere which is getting me down a bit.

I think it's a vestige from when I was a kid, that's just never left me. It often lasts until the end of January, the political outlook is adding to depression this year.

♫♫ So this is Christmas
And what have you done
Another January over
And a new Feb just about to begun
And so this is Christmas
I hope you have fun
The near and the dear one
The old and the young
♫♫
