No. I was told it looks better in motion so I've spent about half an hour watching someone pretty enthusiastic about it playing it. I still don't get it. I'm afraid it's just not for me!

Hollow night has such a great atmosphere. I can't quite describe it, but it's very much like souls in that isolated despair feeling. I genuinley think you'd enjoy it Karl given your love for souls.

I also think Hollow Knight is overrated. It's good enough, but people treat it as the second coming of Jesus. A nice little 8/10.

Yes I very much regret my preorder. Can't seem to cancel it now as I just went through as a guest. It was that damn pre-order availability hype that got me again.

If I can't cancel, the scalpers might push that price up so it becomes my retirement fund.

This is my stance. It does look really nice, but it's not even the best indie beetle-starring Metroidvania on Switch.

No need for that, but fine, since you've cast the first stone - if it were a Nintendo game people would rightly slate it for having the simplistic and limited style of a game made by three people. It would be an incredibly disappointing effort from a real studio with a large team of developers and artists.

Of course it's shaky ground whenever you start dealing with hypotheticals, but I believe I would be incredibly pleased if Nintendo delivered a product as refined, deep and attractive looking as Hollow Knight

Yeah, I've put an order in, but I'd look to get it cheaper, or probably just cancel because it's a ridiculous premium for what's included
