I have the Power A Moga grip which is probably the best reviewed grip and works perfectly. Haven't used it that much because xCloud isn't great in my experience.

I still think it would be a cold day in hell before Nintendo allow anything approaching a full-on game streaming service on Switch, even with a favourable revenue share. I therefore think this might more reliably relate to more Xbox franchises on Switch. Microsoft could make a nice sum if it ported over all their 1st party Xbox 360 titles.

What if it’s about adding Nintendo franchises to Game Pass Cloud?

Xbox Cloud Gaming is one of the best solutions for playing games while on the move or on a non-gaming device, and we've long assumed that Microsoft was planning a major upgrade with a move to Xbox Series X hardware, which would improve performance, visuals, and latency by considerable degrees. While Microsoft still hasn't made an official announcement about this planned move, we've been seeing reports from some users that Xbox Series X server blades are already live for select games.

We’ve been upgrading Microsoft datacenters around the globe with the fastest, most powerful Xbox hardware to give you faster load times, improved frame rates, and an experience of a new generation of gaming. To ensure the lowest latency, highest quality experience across the broadest set of devices, we will be streaming at 1080p and up to 60fps.
