Anything to do with games at all.

I meant the reveal and build up to those games, once I played them I was fine, but I never got hyped knowing that what I was buying was subpar compared to what other people were buying elsewhere.

Edit: Oh another reveal could be season 2 of Killer Instinct.

Considering their big news reveals last week I'm genuinely curious to see what Microsoft will have. Sure we'll get Call of Duty and EA on stage but I think we will see some surprise crowd-pleasing exclusives. Considering the discussions about the resolution disparity MS will want to distinguish the Xbone by demonstrating the power of the cloud and how it makes games better than PS4 games so it will be interesting to see how they do this as will shine some light on how MS is approaching this generation. Is Halo 5, Fable Legends, new Gears of War going to be online-only campaigns? A solid consumer friendly game sharing plan would be a big deal and help with digital sales.

Going by the leak it seems like no Crackdown at E3 but it appears to be an ideal game to show off Cloud stuff so you never know -

You will get Crackdown 3, unlikely announcement at E3 this year, as it is a 2016 release date.

Undead Labs don't seem like the the biggest Dev so I think it'll be too early for them, they're still releasing DLC for State of Decay.

Apparantly theres more stuff to come BEFORE E3, its all very strange. Gears won't be at E3, a CG teaser trailer possibly. Preloading games to unlock at launch would be amazing, I'd definatley sacrifice the €5 difference in cost, but they should be cheaper.

How on Earth will Undead Labs create an MMO with a small team? I reckon MS threw money at them and they might have hired a load of folk and/or are getting a ton of help from other Microsoft Studios.

It's going to take a while, they only signed the deal with MS a few months ago. They did say they'd share details later this year so might get something small at E3.

I asked Undead Labs are they going to E3 on twitter and amazingly got a reply:

Nope. Too much to do, and we prefer going to shows with playable demos if possible.

Above all else I'd like Microsofts E3 presence to serve as a definitive statement that the Xbox division is not for sale and that Xbox will be an important brand for Microsoft under the new CEO. Given the level of uncertainty stirred up during the search for Ballmers replacement I'm not sure what could make that sort of statement but it'd need to be something. Maybe an acquisition of a significant company like Twitch? Microsoft are one of the rumoured suitors afterall.
Beyond a headline grabber like that I'd like to see a better mix of new and old than Microsoft achieved under the safety first reign of Mattrick with less of an emphasis on the blessed trinity of Halo, Forza, Fable although all three will probably be shown on stage at the conference. I'd love to see them announce a 2014 summer of Arcade with 5 previously unannounced games all due to launch in the weeks after E3 with something crazy like a new Blast Corps or Rallisport thrown into the mix.

-A cool use for Smartglass would be nice. Unlikely, but nice
-Same goes for Kinect really.
-New IPs in less populated genres. I don't want another FPS but a good 3D platformer wouldn't go amiss
-Motorboats

I wonder if we'll see Xbox streaming to the Surface 3.
