Kinect lightsabre game. You'd think it'd be more suited to PS Move, being a lightsabre n all, but no it's Kinect exclusive.

Future soldier is to be another Kinect supported game.

Move is perfect for a lightsabre game, even down to the green light.

Seeing as Kinect couldn't detect racquet angles in Virtua Tennis 4 this doesn't bode well, but we'll see.

And also with move we would have the ability to actually walk around.

Kinect could be good for force powers.

We all know its going to be dreadful, no point kidding yourself otherwise. Agreed, it would have faired far better on Move.

TBH I don't think Sony are that interested in Move anyway. So far it seems that Kinect really is not accurate enough to allow intricate play.

I hope they focus more on traditional control scheme titles, but after last years E3 anything is possible from these chaps.

It's becoming more accurate all the time. It now has the ability to track individual fingers so accuracy is definitely becoming sorted.

It can do that now? That's impressive.

I think I remember them saying they had limited what Kinect could do, and that in the future it could be at least four times as accurate as it was at launch.

The finger recognition update has already hit, like I said.

But we've yet to see games implement it.

I personally do not believe accuracy at those levels will ever be seen this gen. At the moment it is a big gimmick and it doesn't need to do more than it has to imo.

You do know you just contradicted yourself there. Motion control is only a gimmick when the games don't make full use of it. This thing's perfectly capable of producing a boxingmartial arts sim.

Xbox 360 launch titles were good because developers had had years of experience developing button-based games.

Kinect launch titles were poor because developers had only had a year to build games from the ground up. I expect 3 killer apps for Kinect at E3 which will really show what Kinect was made for.

What I am saying is that we won't see anything like that because MS know they don't have to and it's best to leave space for the eventual kinect 2. I still find it hard to believe the next xbox will have kinect as standard...

Microsoft DO have to, unless they want to see sales stop. They've already confirmed they'll be focusing on hardcore Kinect titles at E3, and I trust them.

Possibly, but the xbox revolution will be out by spring 2013 at latest, so do they?
